AFC Waverton is one of the largest junior football clubs in the Chester area. With over 400 boys and girls aged 5 - 17 in 27 teams we are committed to providing football to all children within our community. Our Under 7 Boys team, the Warriors, are members of the Chester & District League

An FA Charter Club

AFC Waverton is an FA Charter Standard Club with child protection and safety paramount. The award also recognises the club's commitment to coaching, player and coach development, and the raising of standards of behaviour in the game. Our U7 Warriors aim to develop skills in a fun, competitive environment, setting up the players for future development

Top Class Coaching

Player development is maximised by sessions on Christleton High School's 4G surface on Monday evenings, with UEFA A Level Licensed Coach Robbie Mills overseeing team coaches. Matches are played on Saturday mornings either at Christleton High School, or Waverton School
